Terms of Use

These terms set the boundaries for this invitation-only research evaluation. Access and use are limited to the purpose and conduct described below.

Effective July 25, 2026

Operator and scope

These terms are between the visitor and VendorSignal LLC, the operator of this site.

The site is an independent evidence navigator built from public-source research. It helps invited readers explore AI security use cases, approaches, vendor statements, source links, research gaps, and reader-selected comparisons.

Research boundary

The site does not select, rank, certify, endorse, or recommend products. It does not test vendor products or establish that a vendor, product, deployment, or organization is secure, effective, compliant, or suitable for a particular purpose.

The material is informational research, not legal, security, procurement, certification, investment, or other professional advice. Verify source material, current product versions, configurations, entitlements, contractual terms, and results in your own environment before making a decision.

Evidence and availability

Vendor statements are evidence of what a source said, not proof of product performance. Sources can change, become unavailable, or become outdated. Research may be incomplete, and the site does not promise that its content is accurate, complete, current, continuously available, or fit for a particular decision.

Invitation and acceptable use

Use only the email address invited to the site. Do not share a sign-in code or authenticated browser session. Access may be suspended or revoked to protect the research, other visitors, or the service.

Do not attempt unauthorized access; probe, scan, attack, disrupt, or overload the service; bypass access restrictions; use abusive automation or bulk extraction; submit unlawful material; or use the site in a way that infringes another person's rights. Written authorization is required before security testing or automated collection.

Feedback

If you submit feedback, you permit the operator to review and use it to evaluate and improve the research and service. Do not submit confidential, privileged, regulated, or third-party-restricted information. The Privacy Notice explains how attributed feedback is handled.

Content, links, and trademarks

Original site content is all rights reserved except where a specific license says otherwise. Authorized access permits viewing and internal evaluation; it does not grant a license to republish the research corpus, source excerpts, or site presentation.

Third-party statements, publications, product names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. External links are provided for verification and convenience. Their owners control their content and availability. See Third-Party Notices for additional attribution and license information.

No affiliation or endorsement

This site is independent. Mentioning or linking a vendor, standards body, framework owner, or publication does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or endorsement by that organization or by the site operator.

Changes and termination

The research, features, access list, and these terms may change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued access may require review of updated terms. The operator may discontinue the evaluation or revoke access at any time.
